THE INDUSTRY ROOM.
Independent in Business. Connected in Growth.
A space where emerging talent, experienced barber and beauty professionals, business owners, and mentors come together to build meaningful relationships and create opportunities beyond the chair.
No endless scrolling. No information overload. Just meaningful connections, collaboration, and opportunities.
Why The BrandUPP™ Collective is Different
CONNECT.
Build meaningful relationships with emerging talent, experienced professionals, and industry mentors.
COLLABORATE.
Exchange experience, explore mentorship, and discover opportunities to grow together.
CREATE.
Turn connections into new possibilities, professional exposure, and opportunities beyond the chair.
Your craft may be individual, but your journey doesn't have to be.
Whether you're an emerging artist building your foundation, an established professional looking for new possibilities, or an experienced business owner ready to share your knowledge, the BrandUPP™ Collective creates room for meaningful connections.
Inside the Collective:
-
Connect with professionals who understand your industry.
-
Explore mentorship and collaboration opportunities.
-
Share your experience, expertise, and accomplishments.
-
Discover industry events, referrals, and professional opportunities.
-
Stay connected through Monday Night Live and community conversations.
The Collective creates the room. What you build from it is up to you.
EXPERIENCE BUILT THIS VISION.
My journey in the beauty industry began in 1996. In 2009, I created Your Eccentric Style Barber & Beauty Network to bring professionals together, celebrate their work, and create opportunities.
Today, I'm bringing that experience forward through the BrandUPP™ Collective—connecting emerging talent with experienced professionals, mentors, and new possibilities beyond the chair.
Your experience matters. Your connections matter. Your future matters.
Let's BrandUPP™ Together!
